Yesterday at 03PM i started updating my Ista version 4.44.20 to 4.44.30 with the latest BMW_ISPI_ISTA-LAUNCHER_1.44.0.1534 after 10 hours of updating i saw nothing changing anymore on the screen of the launcher but i could still see that half of the things mensioned to update where still in progres so i went to sleep this morning at 05AM stll the same screen on the launcher .
I went to see with the windows tools if there was still writhing progress on the harddisk from the launcher and the launcher was not active anymore.
So i stopped the BMW_ISPI_ISTA-LAUNCHER_1.44.0.1534 and restarted my laptop and restarted the launcher to see if i could update or repair the Ista installation and the launcher gave the message there was nothing to update. I started Ista and it started up and it seems completly installed.
Is it just me that incounterd this?? its like something is not right with this new launcher ,is it better to go back to the previus version of the launcher?

If you're doing a fresh install, you need Full SDP.  I believe the last shawn posted is 4.44.10:

You will need ISTA 4.44.1x - 4.44.2x and 4.44.3x, and this is for ISTA offline license.

It installed fine for me with BMW_ISPI_ISTA-LAUNCHER_1.44.0.1534.

It installed mine also ,but there was no motion in the progress bar , Ista was already completely installed and the launcher was still mentioning that there were still actions in progress but there was no was no more writing action on the SSD from the Launcher .

It installed fine for me with BMW_ISPI_ISTA-LAUNCHER_1.44.0.1534.

for me the same.  no problems with launcher.
all is running fine.
Maybe you have problems with license?

For my part, this problem also occurs when I update my ISPI license for a new version and ISTA LAUNCHER was not stopped and then restarted. It says in progress but OK accessible when finished.

I used Resource Monitor to verify the activity of the ISTA Launcher installation. 
1. Windows + R
2. resmon.exe
3. Disk => Arrow down "v"
