First, this is ENGLISH forum, so if you paste gehman screenshot you COULD at least translate it.
Second, IMHO screenshot tells you that you MUST first complete vehicle test. Why you use gehman ISTA if you can't read it either??? |

No, the screenshot not say this but it is the reason for the error.
