Good evening everyone....I was asking for info on how to flash my G21 330D 07/2019 with EGS Alpina software...I've been trying for a few weeks but without finding the real software...my car originally has: 

-Typschlussel 6M11 and production date 07/19....

Since Alpina produced the D3S from 2020 to 2022 I thought it was right to select Typschlussel 71FZ and production date 03/21...I add to the FA 920/9XA, and after having generated the SVT with I-SHIPMENT 21-03-550 or higher, I never have any type of update on the EGS...I have also tried with Typschlussel 81FZ but nothing... maybe I'm doing something wrong??... thanks a lot in advance

I see this video a lot of time but it’s the same option that i have used….i put the G30 Alpina platform but i don’t see any difference in swfl or swfk….

Change Typschlüssel to 51DY (Alpina based G20 340xd) ZK 11/20
This will work ,i  drove this over a long time

In scr you see what swfk you will get  in difference to the normal swfk

Build Date as i wrote 11-20 .
To 03-21 i think will be no difference,
but you can calculate different tals to see what change from ZK to ZK

Alpina is based on the G20 M340d, which came standard with the 8HP Gen3 transmission. This transmission has an additional connector located under the passenger seat. The 330d with 265 hp does not have this connector.

Not possible on car with 8HP76Z to install alpina software from 8HP76X. Not same hardware.
