Hello everyone,
I want to start flashing the chiptuning and various eco deletes mostly on cars. To clarify this is not saying I want to make these files from the dumps, what I want is a tool to read and write the tunes to the ECU's.
Now I am debating between getting the hexprog 2 or bitbox with SM2. I have also heard about KESS programmer and wonder which do you think works best for cars. Not really concerned with the price, just don't want to buy something and realise i should have gone with the other one...

Right thanks mate,
So I found a dongle for PCM like a USB stick and one that is like that wireless dongle from a mouse(a lot smaller), which one should I get, the small one is listed on scanmatik website and the big one on some other site..
Also if you know if I get just one package of ECU's how fast is the delivery of another package if I need it now for another ECU family?

In my opinion the best choice will be to invest in a genuine Scanmatik. For this you can buy 3 china dongles to get you started with PCM Flash.
Then choice is yours, you can buy genuine PCM flash dongle and modules, BitBox dongle and modules, Combilоаdёя, MMC flasher, you name it. 

This makes it pretty safe as its a genuine tool (china dongles are only for LїСёи5ё5 so wont affect flashing).

After that you can invest in better tools if needed

Well now that is like 5k€ compared do 1-1.2k€ for pcm or bitbox, kinda a big difference yk...  .
I would consider that later when there are more clients if i need ofc. Also isn't it a subscription to have Flex?
I should have said i want to spend up to 2k€ max
