Hello all hope all well I have an Audi 2013 engine code CGW.. with an electric power steering issue the steering is totally hard and red light on dash I scan the car found 1 error code motor position I checked on live data the motor position corresponds possible there's an update software for this can someone please help or share  and will this be possible to rectify using my clone vcp I have attached my Vin thank you

i had same problem, i replaced steering rack, it was the only solution for me
