I’m trying to locate the official replacement procedure for the high-voltage battery on a BMW iX1 (U11).

This information doesn’t appear to be available in i5тд?

I’m interested in the complete removal and installation process, applicable torque specifications, and whether any seals or one-time-use components must be replaced.

i5тд only seems to cover REP procedures for internal HV battery repairs.

Where do you think newtis gets it's data??? Of course everything is in i5тд (well, maybe except earliest chasses).

I see "Removing and installing high-voltage battery unit" in i5тд for U11, why do you think it's not there?

If you were smart, you'd understand that the new U11 models require a semi-certificate when transferring data via i5тд. Of course, many people don't know this. That's why Newtis is the simplest way. Effortless.

If you would be so smart you would see that OP already asked about i5тд, so it's pretty safe to assume he has access to one. Also if OP needs to remove it it's pretty safe to assume he needs to repair/replace it and for that he would need online i5тд anyway...
