For what you want money? Your tool use a third-рдятy VPN - so absolutly no running costs for server.

It is not 5тaиdдlои; it relies on Radmin VPN, Tailscale, or similar tools. There is no built-in server, so—contrary to what is stated—the client must install third-рдятy VPN software. It is a DLL-based application.

CarConnector is on a much more professional level!

We all love low-cost or free solutions. That is the main reason why I didn't build my own VPN—especially since the open-source community is already doing such a great job in that area. That is also why I chose Tailscale and recommended it as the primary connection method for xlabtunnel.

xlabtunnel focuses on a single core task: generating a session key to establish a connection between the mechanic and the technical system. Once established, the connection operates as a true P2P link; even if the xlabtunnel server goes down after the session key is generated, the active session remains unaffected.

xlabtunnel focuses on P2P connectivity technology, delivering an experience that feels just like a technician working directly on the vehicle.

Each piece of software has its own way of addressing issues; ultimately, it is the customers and their experiences that determine the best choice.

Do bear in mind, however, that the solution becomes a paid 5ёяvїcё under certain conditions, so it has its limitations. Furthermore, the client needs to log in to the coder's account to be on the same network.

Consequently, the user needs to be mindful of what is connected to the coder.

No port forwarding required: It traverses firewalls and internet routers without requiring changes to routing rules.

Every VPN system has its own operational guidelines and policies, all of which are clearly outlined on their respective websites (e.g., Radmin, Hamachi, Tailscale, or others). My solution involves creating a tunnel and integrating it with modern VPN models—currently, xlabtunnel supports Radmin, Hamachi, and Tailscale. Furthermore, I can incorporate other VPNs offering superior security or connectivity in the future, should any of the currently supported 5ёяvїcёs shift from a free to a paid model. This approach significantly reduces the costs associated with running a private VPN.
