I bought a car with no clocks or ecu...
i got this ecu 8E0 907 401 P
ive removed the 24c04 and used edc edit to remove the immo from there but reading on the internet it says this isnt enough to remove imobiliser and i need to do something to the flash. can anybody help me?
i realise the pump and instruments will need coding and ive got the four digit login off the immo chip.
i got vcds, and key commander etc.
anybody shed some light on this for me before i waste loads of time.
ive included the original and immo off files if they any help to anybody
also can somebody tell me which way up this 24c04 goes because i didnt look before i took it off.

Try to get Pin from new dash too than you can learn dash to ecu - pump to ecu and keys to dash

How do I pull code from clocks?

Is that pin one bottom left or top right in picture? Resolution isn't quite clear enough.

Yea I got it right way! Car started up no problem but clocks say SAFE and hazards flashing etc as alarm. I've tried vag tacho but its not connecting. Any ideas his to sort this? Any help appreciated.
