I've connected both units on bench.
Both behaves same. Opcom does not see it, cannot connect.
Opelscanner reads part number etc, but says that cannot recognize unit (please look at attached picture).

Seller of second unit said that it works, i believe him becouse car wasn't crashed at all. He sells all parts from it.
Unluckly i have first connected this unit to car, then tried on bench.

What do you think? Maybe there other software that could read it? I have KKL interface also.

Check opcom meanwhile connect to airbag unit-to pin 8 must she connected:this read out in screen.When opcom not ok,check with Bosch kts or similar.I have no other clever idea:when the unit is work she must on bench connected to diagnostic interface

I've checked opcom, it's working
I connected second unit one more time on bench and .... it works!
Then I've connected first unit on bench and it also works.
But both are dead connected in car

Now i think there must be short circuit in car. I've removed two airbags, disconnected seat belts but still unit doesn't talk with opcom inside car.
Where should i look for short circuit?

Strange thing is that, first time i tried to connect unit on bench it was dead, and it was about an hour after disassembliing it from car

In periferia doesn't matter in short circuit(airbag,tensioner)she wrote fault code for this-thats all.But K-line is important.Check one more time the wiring!

Check the fuse for airbag unit.

Had this problem on some older vauxhalls, try connecting with engine running.

I'm back
Today i tried to connect with running engine, still doesn't work.
With ignition on, there's 12V on ecu, with running engine 14V so everything is ok.
I've checked ground and obd connection again.
Then i opened socket and removed all cables, left only 3 cables power, ground, diagnostic (photo)
Stil doesn't work in car!!
I took it home to check, everything work on bench
I recall that, i have two ECUs and i always check both

Tomorrow i'll try to supply power out of car, so only diagnostic pin remain.
Then inverse, i'll try with power from car and my cable between diagnostic pin of unit and opcom.
That's my last idea...

I finally found a cause of problem.
There's 12v on pin 5 but voltage goes down to about 4.8V when airbag unit is attached.
Unit works fine with power taken from lighter socket.

Next time check the Voltage with a control lamp...
