Can ISTA-P be used to program new keys or remote Key-Fobs to BMW & MINI Vehicles?

Can it delete old activated keys that is used to formerly start the vehicle.?

Where do we find that function inside ISTA-P ?

What do the BMW dealerships used to program new keys to any BMW Vehicle?

You cannot use Ista/p for keys matching the car...

If you order a new key on vinnumber it will start the car without a problem...
Only thing you have to do is to learn the remote key to the car (central locking). But this is possible without ista/d. If you lost a key and you want to block it it is possible in Ista/d "service functions".
