I have problem with my diagbox. v7.04 by scary. when connected to my 3008 hdi can't find vin and even if enter it manually won't recognize any ecus in car"no dialogue". windows 7 starter diagbox v7.04 firmware 4.3.0 . It worked before but for some reason stopped.thanks for any tips or advice

It worked before on which car, the same car or a different one?
and when you connect the USB to the computer can you see the device in the device manager?

It worked in the same car. in device manager it is listed USB Com Board Driver (UMDF).because i'm using windows 7 even tried changing option in compability to windows XP SP2 and SP3 but there is no difference

If your device was working before, and it is still recognized by the computer when you insert the USB connector, and you did not physically open it (something got disconnected), it could be a component failure.. But it could be a connector problem... check that non of the pins is bent or broken.

However, the driver should be (multi-instance) not UMDF. Remove this driver (check the delete box) and install (multi-instance). I would start by changing it to the multi-instance.

checked everything and looks ok usb driver changed despite all that still not working. my lexia is clone anyone can check my interface or repair if required?
