open files with notepad and read details about turbo type or manual/automatic gearbox etc...

then find in dde604.dat corresponding zb number

to define program to combine see zl referenz with notepad, open all program files  and see if it's the same first 13 chars


and that's all for combining all files and select correct zb, really simple...



in your case there are 8 or more files present in 3.66 ista p folder e83 with 110kw and eu3 emission standards mhi turbos or garret turbos

I have E60, MY2006, 530d. I'm trying to update dme/dde. Ref number is 7808222, INPA shows assembly number 7811723. When I select dde662 and corresponding assembly number I always get 14dde662.ipo missing. I tried different spdaten and always get same error. I check and that file is missing, only shows 14dde602.ipo. Maybe I'm doing wrong update procedure. Any suggestion? What should be the latest sw version for my ecu I can't figure out the correct way to identify version using your method.
