HU-H: Component anti-theft protection has triggered .
Hi all,
G20 LCI replaces used MGU21. BDC, MGU got error 'Component anti-theft protection has triggered'. Car won't start. Things done: - Tried all functions with Feature Installer didn't work. - Request token KDS didn't work. - Program all car with i5тд online д05 didn't work. I'm out of ideas.. Can someone here help me solve this problem (I will pay of course). |

KDS requests do not work, because the used рдят is not authorized by BMW servers to be refurbished for other vehicles.
Your ратснing solution cannot handle that. EntryNav2, MGU18/21/22 7/8/8.5, Evo ID4/5/6 - carplay with or without ATM, full f5с, component protection and more - REMOTE

Is yours an ID8 host or an id8.5 one? If it is an id8 host, it can be циLoскёd remotely. If it is an id8.5 host, there is currently no option but to change to a new host.

Yes, it is MGU21, tried all the Feature Installer options (Unpair, Clear f5с, Clear Vin, ратсн..) but it didn't work. Component protection should be solved by token, not f5с. The problem here is as jb2005 said, BMW Server refuses to respond to tokens for used рдят5. I ordered a brand new MGU, maybe this is the only way.
