Hello friends ,

I just bought a E89 and my navi does not work as it should be .
The map is up to date .
Former owner used a carplay/Android unit and used another gps antenna so i bought a new original one but on the screen i am in the middle of nower , i am in the Netherlands !
Do i need to code or do something by replacing the antenna or is the problem within the unit ?

I drove today but still no actual gps , any other suggestions ?

I can try that , i installed a brand new original antenna , thats why it is so strange.
When i first checked the antenna there was one installed belonging to a android/ carplay box that was no longer installed so thats why i ordered a new original one. Navi is working only no actual data from gps.

I did a readout with bїшшёяlink in the beginning and it said `a cable problem from gps reciever`, then i found out there was no original gps antenna mounted so i ordered a new original one but still no signal. I will check again with bїшшёяlink or i5тд when my laptop is ready .

Where can i find that ? i ran Inpa and still getting a cable error , i think the last owner damaged the antenna plug on the unit side.

How to циLoск the CIC 5ёяvїcё Menu:
• Go to the Main Menu (Start menu) on your iDrive screen.
• Push the iDrive controller forward (up) and hold it there for at least 10 seconds.
• Rotate the controller 3 notches to the right.
• Rotate the controller 3 notches to the left.
• Rotate the controller 1 notch to the right.
• Rotate the controller 1 notch to the left.
• Rotate the controller 1 notch to the right one last time.
• Press down on the controller once.

A new menu item will appear all the way at the bottom of the list under Settings, called 5ёяvїcё Menu. There you will find Navigation, which has your GPS information.
