Can any one help me cause i want to buy an ecu programmer for BMW Cars but i don't know from where.
And i want to know What is Best Ecu Programmer for BMW and the best reasonable price

For me the best is the original from BMW:

ISTA/P is the update program for ECU
WinKFP is the up/-downgrade between Software´s for older models (E-Series)
ESys is the up/-downgrade between Software´s for newer model (F-Series)

For tuning: Many aftermarket programms on the Net to buy ... for start and older Models you can buy MPPS, Galetto,...

For newer Models (TriCore) ... you need special tools i don´t know her

But i want to repair ecu on table and i am not sure what to work with, i heard about chines XPROG and i want to know what is the best and reasonable price to start cause i am new to this stuff and i am so hungry to learn this stuff .

For ecu work your best bet is a ktag. For CAS work an Xprog works well. This covers most of the hardware you'll need. Software is another issue, as many times you won't be able to revive an old ecu.
