Is there a way to permanently disable start stop?

Does the Mazda CX-5 even have a CAS module? If so, how do I reprogram it? No direct access to any such unit through VCM 2 module programming or reprogramming for me with JM0KE1021.... car.
I know BMW's have a CAS module hence the above description on how to disable istop partially in German. |
