I use a 12v power supply from a CB radio
1 & 16 to 12v 4 & 5 to ground I modified the ICOM C, opening the OBD socket screws and put 12v to pin 16 and then link wire to pin 1, pins 4 & 5 already linked so soldered ground here. NOTE: Pin 1 (Terminal 15) is not really needed, but I put meter on these pins and calibrated the eeprom so the ICOM Clone was reading the correct voltages as per my Fluke Meter. |
