Before doing anything with desolder this and change that I would take the eeprom adapter apart and make sure it's wired exactly right
Mine was wired all wrong so had to rewire it so it is the same colour scheme It now will read eeprom in circuit Also looking back you have not listened to anything I posted if my post helps please give Reputation
