Im tryed to cloning edc16 ecu 03G906016FF 0281011905 371366. I bought one from Ebay with same numbers and i read the Original one over BDM with galletto v54 and Ktag. After writing eeprom, Flash and Micro in ebay ecu i read it again to look that files are same. eeprom and Flash was the same but on Micro i saw some differences at the end of File. Car dont start with the ebay ecu, only fan is running.
This files are read With KTAG and write also.

Have somone a solution?

Did you try to change manual and write it?

I had same problem with Audi A3 BKD EDC16U1.

Turned out flash was some how corrupt.
1 byte had changed creating no com to ECU.

Write New ECU back to original. Then only write over original ECU EEprom.

Welsh is right. Just need to write eeprom. If can not swap eeproms from one to other ecu.

Ok, Than I write back the original flash and mpc from eBay Ecu. I try and will report.

Write back the files ,if you have same nunmber buy ecu you need only eeprom copy
