Caused by wrong language version. Easiest way to get over this problem is to download the English version from Microsoft directly.

Sure, but better off using ICOM with ISTA-P or use ENET with E-sys.

In ISTA-D just RU, ES, EN, DE, OTHER.
In ISTA-P yes.
