Mate for Fiat Group car that resistor must not be there. Thats why yoy cannot connect to your car ( if its CAN BUS one )
You have to know ( becuse you don't mention what car do you have ) that to connect in some controlers on k-line you need vagcom kkl but no ELM327
For othet cars you do not need to remive that resistor. ElM327 chinese clones are diffrent then real schematic on CAN BUS and this creat that issue in Fiat Group cars

So better is to order vagcom than removing the resistor on elm327, because maybe i will need elm for other cars...?

The rezistor is on CAN BUS.
If you have it there then remove it. Iyou haven't it so don't. If you remove it it will let you connect on cAN BUS controler in Fiat Group cars. But this will not affect communications in all other brands CAN BUS cars.
The VagCom kkl is for kkl controlers.
Me I haven't see your kind of ELM327. You oics are such a good but take an ohmether and check if between MCP2551 6 AND 7 pins you have a resistor 1kohm or any.
As I can see in your pics ( as I can see ) I haven't seen any resistor but as I said this kind of ELM327 I haven't see even. I cannot say it good or bad at least for Multiecuscan.
