Hi Intel,
Very sorry to bother you, I had just downloaded your CIC PATCHER V2 and tried on my 2011 523i but failed, the CIC did rebooted after I plugin the USB. (I only copied 01_PATCHER/ content to the usb).<br />
and I made some fsc based on your 03 fsc template with both FSTOOLS V2.0.2.1 and esys, with only changed their VIN. and signed with the key from 00_PRIVATEKEYS.<br />

I also verified the signature by fstool and the result was ok.<br />

However , when I tried to load them by esys, it's always failed:<br />

I think it has something with the certificate, if you look at the error it states "Error building X509 certificate of byte array" so i really couldnt know what is wrong as this is out of patch scope but try everything again following instructions or try reinstalling or re-downloading esys with lite data.

Yes it means with winkfp and ICOM , update from web with BIN file is only for COMBOX

As CIC is already patched, you only change the certificates to match the new VIN and that's all.

So change the date in cert prior signing to one day/hour/minute or whatever later then current. Whats the problem ?
