But USB stick was applied first time, because CIC was already at the latest firmware, after flashing it again, USB stick doesn't want anymore to be applied, I mean it doesn't do anything when it is connected, and I can't load FSC's, not even the ones that worked at the first try (9C,9B,6F).
I don't have an working FSTOOL and I prefer Esys because it is simple. But I don't understand if I'm doing something wrong, or something else is not good.

I may be wrong, but I think if you flash your CIC, it only changes the flash chip contents. I do not think it changes anything on your harddrive. My understanding is that Intel123's script and FSC codes are only applied to the data on your harddrive. However, Intel123 is the expert on this, so I would always listen to his advice first.

You are wrong and info that you are giving is incorrect. Please dont speak about thing that you dont know for a fact even if you THINK its like that. Thinking and knowing are two different things and bad advices regarding this will end up in broken CIC

So this is the way I was doing it :
Because CIC was already at the latest firmware, I applied the USB stick, unit restarted in 10 sec.
After that I followed this steps :
1. Coded CIC with my VIN and options.
2. Loaded into Esys / Settings / FSC : fscs.der from 02_CERTS

   

3. Got to Esys / Editors & Viewers / FSC-Editor and loaded at File Name :
03_FSC_TEMPLATES/001B0001.fsc, edited only FGN kurz = My Short VIN. At
Key, I loaded from 00_PRIVATEKEYS - fscs.der, then I clicked on Sign, and after
that - Save.
Did this step to all fscs from 03_FSC_TEMPLATES

   

4. Got to Esys / Comfort Mode at FSC I load fsc from 03_FSC_TEMPLATES (because I saved them there after editing VIN and Signed them), loaded my FA, at Application Number and Upgrade Index was automatically completed , and after that I hit Upgrade FSC. First time for some FSCS was OK, for others NO. But now I can't Upgrade anything.

   

So where am I doing wrong?

Is this method also possibe for a CIC_MID (SA 606) or only for 609?

Larry, it modifies the flash not the HDD - it has nothing to do with the patch, second thing, since everythign else is accepted and only few FSCs are not, you did not sign them or mismatched VIN, so retry that.

OK, I will try again to resign the FSCS, but tell me 2 things please :
1. my way to do things is OK?
2. why after I flashed again CIC, USB stick doesn't apply again? so I car restart procedure.

Did you change VIN in CIC to your VIN ? if not it's normal that you are getting errors
