I've managed to flash the unit and import newly created fsc. Everything is now working

I have E91 here with a used CIC from another car, because the original was stolen. The chnage was done at a BMW dealer but they were unable to activate the Navi FSC. I don't really know if they didn't want to pay or they don't know what they're doing or what.
So the problem is that when I try to use this script nothing happens. Ok I guess that the software is not up to date - but ISTA/P doesen't offer me any upgrades? VIN in CIC is the same as in CAS. No fault codes in any module. Quck EDIT: I have CIC.C1A version. Will try to get FSTool working to check the status of certs on the device. EDIT2: GET_STATUS with FSTOOL on 0x63 returns "not available" for everything. Any idea what does that mean? Maybe they already virginised it? |
