Hi,

If you are trying to read an F-Series an ENET cable should be connected directly from the Car's OBD into the Ethernet port on the PC, and have its IPv4 configured in your Network settings.

For E-Series, use a K-Can cable, install the necessary drivers (FTDI?), and then you can modify the USB serial port in device manager.

thank you very much for youre help. it works now. but ista p is loading loading and loading and it is not starting. the ista p icon is on but its not started. does anybody know what problem i got?

Hi, I assume you are loading it from the ISTA-P Loader, and have installed the ISTA-P fix from spider 

Have you disabled Windows Firewall and any anti-virus software?

Hey Guys.
It worked the last time i used it. 1 month ago. Today it dont work anymore. I plug it in connect and it cant connect. It says PAD not active or i have to activate. And workshop/operating fluids dont work. it search and search but nothing is shown when i wanna see motor or breaks. Can anybody help please
