Retrofitted NBT, but the Radio has noisy with speed is up

Hi,
I have F10 car,and retrofit NBT headunit,I have install a new phase diversity antenna amplifier and second coaxial cable for FM2,but When the car speed is up,radio has some noisy.
I dont know why,Is there anything else that needs to be changed?

Pin 13 ,need 12 v .Cut 13 pin and join with + from monitor.

But when I install it(phase diversity antenna amplifier) before,I have cut pin 13 to connect the pin 15,let it has 12V ,and radio has some noise,So I install it(phase diversity antenna amplifier,like attachment photo file) and disconnect pin 13 and pin 15 ,I thought it could be a perfect solution, but it was unfortunate that there was still noise.
