Today I´ve tried to flash a F11 535d LCI from 2014 with 5D51, but after calculating svt soll it didn´t show me the 210C swfl. I was able to force him to flash it, but I got an error message.

This is how it looked after I forced him (editing the TAL) to flash 210C swfl
   

After flashing I got this:
       

Any ideas what I did wrong?

210C is for F25 and not F11

I took 5D51, not 210C, 201C is the swfl version, swfl_0000210C-096-099-001.
With that, the gear shifter wasn´t even showing the actual gear, like P, all I could do is switch on ignition

The error messages are:

FinalizeECUFlash:

- RC_CPD - RoutineControl CheckProgramDependencies, Description: positive response with negative content, LogicalLink: EGS_18_ETHERNET

- Job failed: negatives response error: code: the programming dependencies are not correct - description: FinalizeECUFlash failed - service RoutineControl CheckProgramDependencies delivered incorrectResultError_SWE_SWE; LinkName: EGS_18_ETHERNET - severity error

I'll tell you again. 210C is the SWFL for Alpina F25 and not F11. Thus, this SWFL is wrong. Now understood?

Ah sorry, I get it now. I got it from here a few sites ago, do you know the type key for 535d F11 LCI?

Is it possible to flash f01 750i from 10? 6hp box..

You could use Alpina B7 Flash on this.

Any experiences? Cannot find anything about it. Same changes to the egs as for 8hp i guess?

Use type key 5D71 for F11 LCI, SA920, SA9XA in vo and calculate new svt soll. 
XA71 is only for non LCI.

Does anyone have readouts from alpina flash for various models? I have damos files to share for 8hp gearboxex to share in return. I would like to check settings and remap standard gearbox software to match alpina style, or better off course...

So, 5D51 is for F11 LCI, too? A few post above I tested it with 5D51 for a F11 LCI 535d and it didn´t work for me, then you suggested I should use 5D71.
