Is this the same CIC we flashed? looks like wrong program file being used for the hardware or a bad connection.

Expert mode and correct bootsector file should resolve

I had the same problem i .


I fixed this using the right sp daten (don't use e60sp daten for a e90 cic !!!!!) .
Then winkfp comfort mode .
select sp daten .
take ci63f3 
and then try all zb numbers 

mine was the last one 


this was for me the solution .

make shure icom is connected and icom most both lights green .

Please to check, whether the drive DVD is correctly connected and efficient. Without the efficient drive DVD, one cannot change the software. Checked.
