try this way for me it works:
Start the Device Manager => right click the root directory => pick "Add
legacy hardware" => "Next" => "Install the hardware that I manually select from
a list (Advanced)" => "Next" (don't pick anything) => "Have Disk..." => point to
the MULTIKEY64 folder => OK => agree to install the non-signed driver.

got it sorted,was in Russian,clicked on all boxes with ???? till I found the language selection box.
Runs perfectly now on my old windows 7 32bit PC ,but cannot get it to work on my windows 10 64bit PC.cannot get multikey 64/install.cmd to run,so I am getting error 15 hardlock missing flashing up when trying to start Etka

Write me on pm and I will do it via team viewer!

Free ETKA 8 torrent file. Tested on Win7 32 bit.

Installed on windows 10 x64 works perfectly!!
It was installed default in Rusian but have changed in English after insatlled.

how do you change language to english my install looks like greek with lots of???????? ?????? ????
