this small exe after some tries, find the serial number and firmware version of STN1110 but in the Baudrate drop down menu there is nothing to select, so it is impossible to change its baudrate by this way. According to datasheet I can change the baudrate during its using but I cannot store this to non-volatile memory.

I moving next next to ddtall application and I make these changes:
in options.py, I change the "port_speed = 38400" to "port_speed = 9600"
in ddt4all.py, I change the "portSpeeds = [38400, 57600, 115200, 230400, 500000]" to
"portSpeeds = [9600, 38400, 57600, 115200, 230400, 500000]" and also the "self.selectedportspeed =38400"
to "self.selectedportspeed = 9600". After these changes I have in dropdown menu the 9600 selection and the ELM Benchmark it is working. On connected mode the ddt4all only sends an ATZ to stn1110, nothing else. Is that correct? These experiments are doing in my workshop and I connect nothing to the car.
