I now my obd pcb e 100% good .
but mine usb mini usb china error 7116 always. no blutooth .
so i go back to mini usb dead genuine mini usb pcb
problem is blototh chinese is another serial nunber
and i see the serial number is stored in 3 places
usb chip cpu and blottoth
so i have to change the mcu for mcu china
and changed rams to
now i can install blottoth but now im stuck in error 8 k line
the led blinks with low light
and cannot comunicate with edc11p ecu for example
when i have with mini usb china pcb it comunicates whell with ecu , but like i said 7116 error
. i almost give up for this

There is no description about 7116 error in thr manual.Did you mean 700.2116 error?

700.2116 is a5780a chip fault. check if that exists or it may be inversed.

but now i have try soldering the cpu better and the rams and the usb chip
but no suceess .
now in blottoth devixe i see serial number all 000000000
i will give up from this mini usb pcb i think. the other pcb with oki i know is 100% good . becaus e i tested more than one time and show test ok
and it works in usb and in blottoh with out any problem
