Maybe is Schmitt Trigger Inverter?

But marking AE???

I look for buy but i found this 3, i can choose, for example 74AHC1G08GW-Q100, but will marqued these 3 as "AE"?:
74AHC1G08GW,125
74AHC1G08GW, AHC, 8mA TSSOP 5 pin
74AHC1G08GW-Q100,1, 74AHC, TSSOP 5 pin

Look here 74AHC1G08GW.125 available at tme.eu this is tssop 5 pin,
why you write (Help for indentify SOT23 component) SOT23 = 3 pin

Any of those will function almost the same. How they are marked you will have to look at datasheets.

I have looked at 74AHC1G08GW-Q100 and datasheet says its AE. I recommend it because Q100 indicates its automotive grade = wider temperature range than others.

This Sot23 is missing on one of my edc16u34.
I have a few leftovers from my kess v2 rebuild, can I use one of those?
