I tried in Launcher with Max and custom (4096) Settings. Nothing changes

Try renaming "jre" to "jre_x86" and see if it makes a difference.

Yes. Not sure TM is automatically sending to all users.

i just check in all folders of email and i not receive. but i will wait 3 or 4 days more,if not receive i will try contact with TM.

My password for website is different than token, so yes, he would have to send Launcher link and website login/pass separately to each user.
