Hello guys. I am writing here to know if somoeone can help me with my issue. I have bought Lexia 3 from aliexpress. I have updated the firmware that it came with because sometimes i got the "connect vci" error in diagbox. Initially it had 921815C INCONNUE but i changed it to 963830C PEUGEOT. Now the vci is always recognized but i have a new problem.

Before it autodetected the vin and i could connect with all the ecus. (not always, sometimes it did not detected the vin and i had to retry). Now with the new firmware i cannot use lexia anymore! It never detect the VIN and if i insert it manually then ALL ecus show no dialogue. One thing i notice is that every time i open diagbox it also change the lexia appli version. I flashed 4.3.4 and it go back to other version, i dont know if its normal behavior.

Tried everything before posting here. And i could not find 921815C firmware for download.

However, with respect to the firmware version, if you copy the appropriate "appli.com" version into the "C:\AWRoot\bin\Launcher" folder, DiagBox will update the VCI to the one in the Launcher folder, only if different from the one on the VCI.

Hi there. Sorry, what info should i send to get better support? I had many times VCI error before so i decided to flash new firmware and also the reference serial. I changed the reference serial from 921815C INCONNUE to 963830C PEUGEOT.

Now my lexia dont work anymore, its detected without issues. But it dont read the VIN and all car ECUS show "no dialogue" when trying to connect or find faults. I saw something online that maybe this reference serial is blacklisted.

I did also try to update the firmware because i was trying to change some ECU configuration which did not me allow to do it, but in the BSI and other ecus it did allow without issues. I got the "programming error 414" when trying to change ecu configuration. But now i ended worst, no way i can communicate with the ecus.

I previosly had reference serial 921815C INCONNUE then i flashed a file and it now show: 963830C PEUGEOT. When i did that it did not work anymore. have that before, after reflash from 921815C INCONNUE to 963830C PEUGEOT, check what firmware version you have. If its 4.3.2 or ealrier, try to flash with 4.3.5
