I have 2014 f31 with factory fitted kafas 2 for SLI nad anti dazzle lights. I would like to have FCW and pedestrian warning. Is it possible without BE and BF fsc codes. Can I import fake vin with fsc certs to make it work? If yes can it be done with esys ?

you can try it, but as i know you need old fw to have sucess (you have already 2014), or otherwise simply insert fsc codes for your vin

What I understand by what you say is that FSC set from any VIN will be accepted in the KAFAS2 till the ECU wasn't flashed -
There is a something special to do when importing ?

I think the issue is older KAFAS2 Firmware did not validate FSC VIN, but new firmware does.  If KAFAS has new firmware, then KAFAS emulator is needed.

shawn, are you sure about this, as i know many kafas of recent prduction works with fsc from other vin. Kafas 2 obviously!

I have never seen any KAFAS2 accept FSC Codes from another VIN unless Emulator used.

Istep of kafas2 in f2x chassis is not important - I have loaded FSC into kafas2 from a donner vin repair kit after update to 0319 data. There is a trick to do so, any one who is into FSC, who understand how oem FSC work will be able to understand what I mean - sorry that I can't say exactly what to do, I really should not, but hope it will help some people

Am I right, that in my case repair FSC set for KAFAS2 only contains 7E FSC?
If yes, can someone point me towards where to buy BE and BF FSC?
