ICOM REPAIR
As the title reads, I have 2 Icom's that need repair.
1 is ICOM A1 2 is ICOM A2 Both clones. When plugged in all LED'S flash red and then nothing. Cannot connect via ethernet, usb doesn't work for restore firmware. Just Dead. Guess power supply issue. Any one able to repair these? Regards Sebastian |

RE: ICOM REPAIR
mine was dead with no ethernet connection(link) and if I recall, with one green led on.
I've fixed it by replacing the bad NAND with a new one bought from HERE. Afterwards performed the ICOM restore procedure and that was. Maybe is worth trying this. The hard part is to find someone with the right tool/s to replace the NAND(unsold/soldering). @Deimis - yes, for sure it will work as it seem that you have my issue with bad NAND. |
