many of us have successfully accomplished that already using team viewer , but for long term you need to have team viewer licence , or find a way to hack the free version.

I use AnyDesk on my PC and on my smartphone as an app.
And the license if you need one costs only 60 € in contrast to Teamview of 300 € ..

Ahh, seems you're misunderstanding the usage of rinetd.
rinetd can be the replacement of netsh / portmapper tools on the remote computer, but you still need a way / method / tunnel to make connection from you local computer to remote computer->car.
Except using Teamviewer VPN, you can use other way like ssh tunneling, or create port forwarding rules at remote router if you've admin right to it.

the issue is that many ISP in several countries don't provide static IP even for business internet users specially if the user needs normal internet for browsing and email send/receive without complicated installed servers.

for example in the middle east , static IP cost more than Dynamic IP and many countries , some ISP's don't provide Static IP for home internet users. headbang .

so the only one solution which works world wide , Team veiwer VPN or similar .

Can you give some more details about "ssh tunneling"??
