Hi,
I've ordered from China a blank key with electronics for my wife's Peugeot 308. Can I program it with Lexia? Or I need to take it to a key locksmith?

Programming, yes if having PIN code. But for fully working is yes and no.
Yes, if you bought the correct-type remote
No, with the wrong remote and will not work but being able only to start the car
If posting high quality images of both I or someone may be able to tell !

edit, I meant the image of both PCB's
