Sure, erase Vin in eeprom and code KOMBI with Esys, this will rewrite the VIN

A programmer than can read write 35160 (160dowt/160dowq) or similar
Codiprog, smok eeprom programmer, ACDP Mini... Most dashboard diagnostic device dp4 Dashcoder and so on |

That's I wanna do it but I guess need some calculator. I'm gonna take EEPROM with R270+ and have a file how to change/adjust that file I have some calculators for mileage but don't have for Vin.

Overwrite vin manual with hex editors, put in FF in all places where you can find VIN.
Than put dash back to car and code it with Esys (soft you can find in forum, enet obd cable cost about 20-30$ or less) |

you must change vin in 35160wt and in 95320wt
|
