Problem with EGR off by BMW N47
Hello my friends,
this is my first thread at this forum. I have buy a FG Galletto V54 so that I can learn something about chiptuning. At my Garage I have a BMW E91 320from 2008 with N47 Engine and an EDC17 ECU. This car have problems with the EGR. I still have used the EGR Remover Software to switch the EGR off, but I still get an EGR error code in the ECU. I have switch off the EGR by software and after this I programming the EDC17 with Galletto Software with thefile from the egr tool. Still get the error code: 0x485C 485C AGR-Kühler Bypassventil, Ansteuerung P245A Abgasrückführung Kühler Bypassregelung Schaltkreis (Bank 1) - Fehlfunktion oder Leitungsunterbrechung I only have used the egr tool and then programming the ecu over OBD. Could be someone of you tell me what is my mistake? Do I need to make something manually at the egr system like plug off a cable or something other?
