I have just tested it on my gaming laptop because I did not believe that the software does not work

My Windows version ist 1809 (Build 17763.194) and I have a token for Launcher 2.27.1.148.
Does the token also work for the Launcher 2.8.2? BMW F07 535ix GT (09/16)

Hm, then the Launcher Pro acts different to Launcher Premium.
Did a clean install and Launcher throws java error. Maybe time toswitch to a different Launcher. |
