XZBMW  523i to 525i N52 conversion
Hi!
I'm doing right now conversion of 523i E60 into 525i. Intake manifold with two DISA valves is now installed but now I'm facing one problem that surprised me. 

I changed typeshlussel to NE51, ISTA/P found new software for DME, programmed it and now I need to change power class parameters coding... 
As far I know I need to reset working hours to code new class in DME using NCS Expert. How can I do it? Or someone can help me. I have Kess V2 and K-tag. Can it  be done via OBD? 

And how about CAS? I can't change power class in it using NCS Expert... Will it code after resetting working hours?

it isnt possible to reset hours from bmw standart tools.
You must read and modify eeprom.

Tried this ZUSB and have less power then with "standard 523i software"

I started ISTA-P and calculates measurements plan --> before I edited VO: removed NE31 and added NE51
ISTA-P wanted to flash 7581220

After that i flashed manually with winkfp 7581220 and also had less power than with normal 523i stock soft

so I flashed back the 7581224 which was already flashed from BMW (stock)

with all ZUSBs except 7581224 I have an failure code in MSV70 sounds like "software mismatch...." (I coded ECU also after flash)

any further ideas?
