UPA USB CLONE ISSUE

UPA USB CLONE ISSUE
Bought a China clone UPA 1.3 and it installed correct with drivers. Read 93c46 o.k but can't read any Motorola mcu always says device is not responding and 1 error is found even when it checks out correct with voltmeter. Run hardware test with sometimes 4, 5, or 6 failed test. Please any suggestions?

Take look on the connections, not only around inverter but whole pcb (not that one with usb port).
Make better quality photo of that pcb. I have to compare to ori.

the Test result in your attachment is only for 3.3V, can you show the result of 5.0V testing?

Check marked connection  on the yellow.

Compare any resistor to the good yellow clone.
