So most likely you have wrong setup of WINKFP or bad K+DCAN.

Check your settings and the imported SP-daten and try again or

try to contact somebody with ICOM and ISTA-P and Flash CAS.

Yes, last week i helped a someone with DME in programming mode 12 after he try to update DME with WINKFP.

Just flashed carwith ISTA-P and my ICOM and problem solved.
