Just for information
If you ahve a new op-com tool that it is sold as v1.45 from china do not use the OCflash to upgrade or downgrade the firmware of the tool
You damage it foreever. ( it will can be fix it suing a real PIC18F458 , flashing it, removing two component from PCB and remake a wire )

Go to previos page

Use Mprog with the ept file that you find in that post
Install the right drivers and you'll be able to use the software.
Then the software will upgrade your tool automatically back to 1.45

Does this work with getting car pass from older corsa that needs fw 1.39 or not?

or do we still have to go back to older sw and fw to read carpass?

I'm very sure that if you use the right firmware for this version and this is fw 1.45 and no higher one, you'll be able to get that CAR PASS in CARPASS
As i know the problem that you cannot get the CARPASS from Corsa C is that you are using a tool with a higher version of firmware then 1.39
But to be sure I will check in few days in a Corsa C car and I will let you know
I'm used all the version of vaux-com/op-com till the last one aviable and I allways was able to get the CAR PASS from Corsa but I allways use the version of firmware that the software upgraded the tool

Mine is on 1.45 now but to read carpass I have to
Downgrade it back to 1.39
Just wondered if this version worked for
Carpass with 1.45 then I don't need to downgrade

As I told you when you use China Clone ( 100219a ) you need fw 1.39
Most of the peaple think that it is treandy to use other firmware then the softwares version need.
I saw peaple said " working better" - this peaple dosen't know what firmware means
But I don'care about this. Everyone it is free to use what he thisnk that it is better for him
Let's go back
If you use fw 1.45 of course you have that problems because the software version is fw 1.39 but this version needs fw 1.45 so you must not have any problems
I think that it is working
I test higher version and it is working. Allways I'm using the right firmware for the version of software used

Just checked and mines on 1.44 strange but will update it to 1.45
trying to run the sw and it says the aplication failed to open properly
so going to download it again and see

downloaded again and still wont run

and now im getting no answer from adapter when running the fw loader
