Hi all. 
Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
I have helped a friend has to retrofit nbt in his f31 2013.
Before the retrofit. no longer usb and bluetooth.

Once installed the nbt and encoded. It still does not work.

The phones do not find the bluetooth and the usb seems to be dead.

We have tried to rotate the USB connection 180°. nothing.

is not that a combox is installed on the car?
else,. Does the navigation work? (if HDD is damaged, it does not work even bt and usb)

It does not have a combox. the navigation works .. it is installed with emulator.

The car came OEM with?
Radio and USB with Bluetooth?
Or both retrofitted now?

Give us the VIN number or paste the full original FA option list here

Most likely car has combox or you did not code the unit properly and installed the white USB wrong behind the radio ( or did not run a new usb wire between radio and usb socket if it had combox)

Maybe stupid question but did you connect Bluetooth antenna to nbt? for usb if you had champ unit you need rotate usb cable 180 degree at the unit

try to check FSC status of NBT, i have simmilar issues, looks i had some bug in firmware

usb solved..a pin of the cable was broken.
bluetooth still does not recognize the phones.
and the cell phone does not find the nbt.
Neither is it possible to read cd and dvd .. it has never happened to me ... exasperating.

It seems, that somebody should have a look with TeamViewer for example...
