can anyone recommend a software download to use with BMW and a J2534 pass-thru cable.

BMW & Passtru is not a very good combination...
 Just buy a k+dcan and/or ENET cable and run INPA/ISTA-D/ISTA-P. Or buy an iCom interface. |
