bwm 520d fuel pump
hello to all users
the BMW 520d has bosch vp44 injection pump is with immo inside or without i have changed one but car cranck without star and no fuel get in injecter this pump with one connecter |

That's PSG5 VP44, possible 005 mechanic number. You have changed whole pump or just electronic part? Seems that ''new'' has the same problem, valve not working, check 12V supply, check DTC...did you make free of air fuel system and properly put back new pump in correct position?

Immo not in fuel pump. There a mechanical problem, it can be bad angle after install new pump (if you changed all pump), most 520d cames with bad installing positions.

Check wether the pump is properly timed!

also, you can read errors from pump directly, you need Denis sofware amd K adapter, if you see there something like BIP 59 error...elevtronic not good.
