Are there any other modules showing faults on the car?
I remember some older E39s would have ABS pumps that would try to contact the engine ECU during programming which would cause a failure, so unplugging the DSC connector would solve this.

Yes my bearing magnet is dead and abs dsc is faulty...  Shud i disconnet the abs sensor?

Just checked i have 2 errors who said that there is no answer from instrument cluster on is EGS module and other is DSC that means they are trying to communicate with KOMBI.. I know how to bypass abs sensor fault but what to do with EGS i have no idea.

Disconnect the abs pump.

But I think the problem is your cable.

get the cable from bimmergeeks, it is working great

Finally flashed my KOMBI.
I get cable from my friend and it flashed with no problems..
Only this cable was with the white plate and it did the job.
My cable is with green plate and fails...

PROBLEM WAS WITH CABLE.
