I have basic features enabled but some are missing. Last version worked ok. Latest unblocked SQLites installed but log shows errors. Any idea?

It's problem in OTHER SQLiteDBs
With version 4.15.30 and ISTA 4.16.14 all ok

Uh, if you're on 4.15 already you don't? You only need BMW_ISPI_ISTA_DELTA-SDP_4.15.33.istapackage and the XML? I'm updating via the launcher and didn't have to go further back than this. EDIT: Oh, you're on 4.15.16. Yes, without 4.15.16 SDP FULL you may need the DELTA from the previous version (just like 4.16 SDP update requires the SDP DELTA from 4.15.33).

Same. Some models missing. VIN decoding also can't decode VO and tries to go online... Connect by car seems to work fine though. I also found this in the logs:

ISTA/P 3.66.1.002 planned Releasedate is 06.03.19.
